Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. However, please note that some items may be available for pre-order, and their processing time may vary. Pre-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.

2. Pre-Order Information:

a. Estimated Shipping Time: Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping time of 2-4 weeks from the date of purchase. Please be aware that this is an approximate timeframe, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes to the expected shipping date.

3. Shipping Methods:

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to track your package's journey.

    You can track the inventory on our header menu, and it will show the estimated arrival date of the inventory to our warehouse.

    Once we have received the inventory, we will package the items individually, and each user will receive an email confirming the order has been shipped + the tracking number.
